Your data never leaves your device. This is not a policy promise we plan to keep someday — it is how the site is built today.
Calculations run entirely in your browser
Every calculator on SolarCalcKit is a static page with client-side JavaScript. All sizing math — battery banks, MPPT controllers, wire sizing, inverters, and load audits — is computed locally in your browser. The values you enter are never sent to any server, not logged, and not stored anywhere.
No analytics, no tracking cookies
This site loads no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no tracking cookies. The only external request the site makes is to Google Fonts for typography. The site stores one value in your browser's local storage — your light/dark theme preference — which never leaves your device.
No personal data collected
We do not ask for your name, email, or any account information to use the calculators. There are no sign-ups, no forms that transmit data, and no server-side processing of your inputs. Reports (copy, Markdown, and PDF) are generated locally in your browser as well.
